Let’s Grow Twogether, Inc. offers leadership training, coaching, workshops, youth development programs, events, and related educational materials. All services are intended for personal and professional growth and are not a substitute for legal, medical, therapeutic, or financial advice.

3. Eligibility
 

• Participants in adult programs must be 18 or older.

• Youth program participation requires parent or guardian consent.
   

4. Payment & Fees

All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice. Failure to pay may result in service cancellation.

5. Return & Refund Policy

All payments are final. No refunds are allowed for any service, program, product, or event.
Participants may request to transfer their registration to a future date or another eligible participant, subject to approval and availability.

6. Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching supports learning, growth, and leadership development. Results vary for each client, and Let’s Grow Twogether, Inc. does not guarantee outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, course materials, graphics, and branding are the property of Let’s Grow Twogether, Inc. and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

8. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

• Engage respectfully

• Maintain confidentiality

• Support a positive learning environment

Disruptive or harmful behavior may result in removal without refund.

9. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy matters. Personal information is collected solely for program participation and communication. We do not sell or share personal information except as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Let’s Grow Twogether, Inc. is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation in programs, coaching sessions, or events.

11. Youth Program Safety

Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring timely drop-off, pick-up, and compliance with safety guidelines. Participants engaging in unsafe or disruptive behavior may be removed.

12. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
